“ Before visiting the restaurant, I read reviews and comments not only here but also on their Instagram page, obviously to see if it would be worth it or to prepare for any potential setbacks. I went on a Tuesday night to avoid the risk of the restaurant being full and, as a natural consequence, causing delays and poor preparation of the dish. I went specifically for the fondue festival! There were no delays or setbacks. Some comments said that what they serve in person does not match what they advertise in videos on their social media. I don't know if it was bad luck for those who criticized or good luck for me, but my presentation was identical to what they sell on social media (as proven by the photos). With the exception of the first waiter who served me when I arrived, but who had to stay upstairs, I found all the other employees unfriendly, with closed faces and very serious. This is just a comment, after all I didn't go there to make friends or to chat. But it's known that friendliness makes the experience more pleasant for some customers! Some comments also complained about the consistency and flavor of the melted cheese. As I am not knowledgeable on this subject, I cannot agree or disagree, but personally I didn't find the flavor sensational, but this is a personal taste of mine. Of all the fondues I've ever been served, this was the most varied and complete (as you can see from the images in their advertisements and the ones I post here). I found it a plus that you could bake your own proteins (or other accompaniments)! In short, I found the value for the product offered/experience fair! I have nothing negative to say, thankfully, and therefore, I recommend it! I intend to return to try some of their à la carte dishes that caught my attention! ”

“ We went as a family to the fondue festival to celebrate a birthday, and everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very attentive, especially Alexia, who served us incredibly well. Even the manager came to our table to check if everything was okay! Regarding the festival, the price is a bit steep, but that's justified because the products are all of excellent quality. The sweet fondue was one of the best I've ever tasted. Everything was all-you-can-eat, and they constantly asked if we wanted more fondue, side dishes, or sauces. The atmosphere was very beautiful and Instagrammable. The music is romantic international hits, at a volume that doesn't interfere with conversation at the table. One suggestion would be to replace the mini boiled potatoes with noisette potatoes. ”
